colors
we understand that color options are difficult to see online, and as such we provide high quality photos for you, and are happy to work with you in the selection of colors, preferably prior to a purchase.  you may send us a sample swatch of fabric or something for us to color match and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  

please do not just order a bunch of colors yourself expecting to return the ones you don't like...contact us ahead of time if you have any questions or concerns.

 

damages and issues 
please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

exceptions / non-returnable items 
generally our kits, bundles, and braid are not returnable as part of what you are buying is the selection and combination of material in the package.  if you have any question on the contents of our kits please see the product page, youtube videos, or contact us prior to purchase as we make every effort possible to convey what you are purchasing.

unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items, fabric, subscription products, digital items, or anything else made to order.
