Refund policy

we want you to be happy as a clam with all your delicious goodies :-) if there are any issues with your order, we kindly request you have to please contact us ASAP so we can help to resolve them with you.  we process returns, refunds, or replacements on a case by case basis, and if there are any special or unique requests please contact us prior to placing an order and we will do our best to accommodate.

if your order requires a refund, we will promptly issue your refund after we receive the items in new condition. the refund will be issued to the original payment method. 

please refrain from buying a huge collection of colors to simply keep a handful that happen to work for your current project. I am happy to color match via a fabric swatch that you can snail mail to me, but I will not accept refunds for this situation. thank you for your understanding.
